| My experience was excellent. Our condo building in the South End has some annoying rules and regulations regarding when contractors are allowed to work in the building, and David was able to handle all of this with patience and still finish the project in a timely way. Furthermore, buildings in the city (Back Bay, South End, Beacon Hill) can be challenging to do work in, and he did a great job given the non-standard nature of the AC install. I would wholeheartedly recommend David for HVAC projects in the city. He was very calm, courteous, patient, and just an overall nice guy, which to me seems rather rare amongst contractors. |
