Rick was prompt in his appointment. Very congenial, listened to my needs ... Realized how unsure I was of a design so he went the extra to assure me that he would have a few design options to present...His knowledge of the city of Boston requirements were convincing as he has done a variety of projects in the city .... His was upfront with his minimum fee which was in the price range I was looking for. Which did turn out to be his minimum.. He did impress me with the amount of work he would provide for that minimum price... Any additional costs or as needed services were spelled out in description and cost
