We had a couple of misconnects, but Len was always courteous and concerned. When his crew came, they were quick, good and careful with my home. They were also very reasonably priced.

The workman was professional and curteous.....and his repair work was very good. The only problem i had was that I had a confirmed 9 a.m. appointment for the work to be done which was set up with the workman's supervisor. The supervisor called me 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment and asked for "directions".....from Lowell, MA....which is over an hour from my home!!!....The workman showed up over an hour late which caused me to lose valuable time at work.....i asked for a reduction in the charge for the inconvenience to me which was granted.....other than that.....i'd recommend their services to my friends....
