Out of 10 - I give Ricardo and his team a 9.9. These contractors come close to perfection! They were on time everyday, effective communicators, honest, and great workers! They did a great job preparing the building and stopping the job where appropriate to point things out that may need to be repaired as I asked them to do. They provided honest quotes each time. This was a large building with 14 condo owners asking questions so I would classify it as a high maintenance job and they managed everything VERY well. GREAT work! I will use Ricardo and his team again and rec them to anyone looking for an honest and hard working contractors.
