The quote from All Phases Mechanical was very competitive, and they were able to complete the project quickly. During the quote process Carl showed 3 options, good better and best also carl itemized out some additional items I requested. The team is very knowledgeable and experienced, they pointed out some ways to improve the design and construction of the heating system. Carl's guys get the job done cleanly and efficiently and after the installation they are quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Would have rated as 5 stars but have registered an issue with some return ducting that was installed. APM was very responsive to schedule a follow-up but has missed both the scheduled and re-scheduled appointment. Overall I am very happy with the furnace.
