The first day that Platinum's technician came to my home, (Sean) he pin-pointed the problem immediately. Explained to me about the Honewelly humidifer and its capabilities. I gave the OK for the upgrade. I was informed beforehand that this would take all day --which it did. Sean and his assistant were on time, worked deligently to make sure that the equipment would be working efficiently. They left their work areas spotless. I am 100% pleased with my new state-of-the-art humidifier. I would certainly recommend thei company.
