He was able to quote on the same day and was committed to take the job. My expense was more than quoted due to the unexpected need of an additional 10 yards of loam. Although his quote included an initial 5 yards, I was charged for the 10 yards. If he has waited for the land to dry out, perhaps, the land will be graded better. There are still puddle of water when it rains which led us to wonder if there should be more soil or loam added. Overall, he did what he could and get the job done.
