OK work, left a few things uncleaned; left some of their equipment behind. Prompt in their appointments, but required some of my cleaning agents. Did call them back for more work, very good work the second time.

Clean Up Job-site after Construction in 02120
This was a post construction clean-up in a three story townhouse. They arrived with about seven people, which I think was too many since there was no way they could all be supervised properly. Some of the workers had been with Courteous for some time, others were recent part-timers. Some were very diligent and competent, others less so. But on the whole the house was well cleaned, although given the mess at the beginning, I would have to say they did a good job, even if a few bits and pieces were left undone. Mr Benjamin is extremely concerned to do a good job, and did some extra trash removal which I deeply appreciated.
