Eric and his team did a great job on our project, which was installing fiber cement siding, rebuilding the porch and painting. We had a lot of architectural details and Eric and his carpenters were responsive and worked with us each step of the way. They came consistently to do the job and cleaned up every day.

Overall, I was very pleased. There was one issue, they were supposed to check and blow in insulation. The crew leader told me no additional insulation was needed. They shingled the side, before I was able to get the project manager to come check. They then ended up pulling off shingles, drilling holes, blowing insulation in some areas, then blind nailing it. There are nail holes visible in the replaced shingles. There could have been more use of drop cloths, and clean up of nails and screws.
